To make this mountain photo holder you will need:

Paint brush

Knife

Step 1 Using the knife, cut two triangular shapes out of the clay to form the mountains. They shouldn't be too thick, however they need to be thick enough that they will stand up once they're dry.

Step 2 Using the pliers, twist the end of the wire twice round a pen (you could also use your finger or something else that is round and a similar size). Leave a small bit of the wire at the end to wrap around the longer piece of wire to hold it in shape. Make sure the two circle are pushed tightly together as they will be holding the photo/name card.

Step 3 Push the wire into the top of the clay mountain that you made in step 1. Leave them to dry over night.

Step 4 Once the photo holders are dry, you can start painting them. Paint the top to the mountain white, and mix up a nice shade of grey for the bottom of the mountain. I also experimented with adding some dots and dashes to the lower part of the mountain! Now they are ready to be used as photo stands, name card holders or just to hold a little picture in the home!
