Princess Castle Pencil Holder From Toilet Roll Tubes

For this princess castle craft you will need:

Toilet roll tubes x 2

Kitchen roll tube

White paper/card

Scissors

Cardboard

Paintbrush

Cocktail stick

Colouring pens (blue)

Step 1Cut squares out of the top of the two toilet rolls to form the top of the castle. Then mix up a shade of light blue (or any colour you want!) and paint them both. Trim the kitchen roll so that it is just taller than the toilet rolls, and paint…

Cut squares out of the top of the two toilet rolls to form the top of the castle. Then mix up a shade of light blue (or any colour you want!) and paint them both. Trim the kitchen roll so that it is just taller than the toilet rolls, and paint this the same colour. Also paint the cocktail stick with this paint. Leave to dry. 

Step 2Cut out an oval shape from the cardboard, approximately 18cm by 14cm. Paint this piece of cardboard white and leave to dry.

Step 3Cut a semi circle shape out of the blue paper and make it into a cone shape. Glue down the edges so that the shape holds.

Step 4Push the cocktail stick into the top of the cone, glue in place if necessary. Then cut out a flag shape from the blue paper and glue to the cocktail stick.

Step 5Cut out a princess castle door shape from the blue paper, draw on a door knob and other features. Draw 3 window frames with the blue pen onto the white paper and cut out.
