Step 1.Take off the back of the frame and remove the glass. Screw the hooks into the upper part of the inner frame. This might need a bit of force depending on the softness of the wood. If this is really tough, try tapping the end with a hammer.&nbs…

Take off the back of the frame and remove the glass. Screw the hooks into the upper part of the inner frame. This might need a bit of force depending on the softness of the wood. If this is really tough, try tapping the end with a hammer. 

Step 2.Paint the frame a lovely bright colour. If your frame is quite dark (like mine) it really helps to paint a layer of white first, before adding the colour.

Step 3.Using a pencil, lightly write the word 'keys' on the upper part of the frame, and 'please' on the lower part. Once your happy with the writing, go over it with metallic gold marker - this looks great when it catches the light!Subscribe to my …
