Mother's Day Flowerpot Card
A lovely mothers day craft for the kids to do - they can make their own mothers day card. This card looks like a pot of flowers, but it opens up and you can write your own personal message inside.
To make this Mother's Day card you will need:

Step 1
Pick the colour that you want the plant pot to be and fold it in half. Then cut out the shape of a plant pot - leaving about an inch on the folded side so it stays in one piece. When opened the card should be a similar shape to the one in the image above.
Step 2
Cut some strips from the green coloured card to make the stalks for your flowers. Then glue the ends of them and stick them to the inside of your plant pot on the left hand side.
Step 3
Cut out some flowers to add to your mothers day card. I decided to use pink card for my flowers. Then cut out some small circles from the yellow card and stick to the inside of your flower shapes. Once the glue has dried, stick the flowers to the green stalks.
Then spell out "mum" with some foam stickers and stick to the front of the card plant pot. Add more decorations if you want!
